Call local law enforcement and report the crime ASAP. In some areas if the tenant gets convicted of selling drugs the landlord is mandated to evict them. NEVER hestitate to report a crime, especially...

I would call the police right away...You don't want to have anything illegal on your property. This will elimate any chance that the landlord would be responsible for anything illegal.
